Overview

Installing this integration automatically synchronizes your Gitbook data with your Sevii account. Then, anytime an incident is detected or a question is asked, Sevii will be able to utilize your Gitbook documentation to further improve response quality.

Setup

In order for synchronization to begin, you must retrieve an access token from Sevii and paste it in Gitbook. After installing this integration, navigate to your Sevii account and click on the “Connect” tab on the sidebar. Find the row for Gitbook and click “Connect”. An access token should appear - copy this token and paste it into the “Sevii Access Token” field under the “Organization Settings” tab inside this integration. Synchronization should begin immediately after pasting this access token. You also need to make sure this integration is selected for every Gitbook space you want synchronized with Sevii. You can manage which spaces Sevii can read from under the “Spaces” tab inside this integration.

Additional Features

This integration also comes with a Sevii search element that you can add to any Gitbook page. This element allows the reader to ask questions about your Gitbook documentation using the power of Sevii’s AI.
