## 保存する内容

* GitBook は、Zendesk 内で人間または AI サポート担当者から少なくとも 1 件の返信がある解決済みの会話のみをインデックスします。未解決または未処理の会話はインデックスせず、スパム会話もインデックスしません。
* GitBook は会話のみを保存し、メタデータやユーザー情報は一切保存しません。
* GitBook は保存前にチケット内の機密情報をマスクし、会話自体には機密情報を保存しません。

## 接続方法

* Zendesk に接続するには、Zendesk アプリケーションのサブドメインが必要です。たとえば、 `gitbook.zendesk.com` 
* また、Zendesk 内の会話への読み取りアクセス権を持つ API キーも必要です。この API はあなたが所有しており、スコープや有効期限を必要に応じて制御できます。
