* GitBook は、Pylon 内で解決済みの会話のうち、人間または AI のサポート担当者からの返信が少なくとも 1 件あるものだけをインデックスします。未解決または未解決状態の会話はインデックスせず、スパム会話もインデックスしません。
* GitBook は会話のみを保存します。メタデータやユーザー情報は保存しません。
* GitBook は保存前に会話内の機密情報をマスキングします。会話自体には機密情報を保存しません。

## 接続方法

* Pylon に接続するには、Pylon の会話への読み取りアクセス権を持つ資格情報が必要です。
