# 付款和发票

付款方式、发票、退款，以及附加项计费如何运作

### GitBook 接受哪些付款方式？

GitBook 支持全球最常见的付款方式。升级时，你可以在结账流程中查看所在地区支持的选项。所有地区都支持信用卡（Visa、Amex、Mastercard）。

发票付款适用于 Enterprise 套餐。其他所有套餐均通过信用卡或您所在地区可用的本地化付款方式支付。

### 我在哪里可以找到我的发票并更新账单详细信息？

GitBook 使用 Stripe 进行计费。要访问您的发票：

1. 返回你的组织 **首页** 并点击 **设置**.
2. 点击 **账单** 在 **组织** 组下，然后点击 **管理账单** 以打开 Stripe 账单门户。
3. 打开 **发票历史** ，然后点击任意付款旁边的箭头即可下载。

要更新账单信息，请点击 **更新信息** 在账单门户中。您可以添加其他电子邮件地址，例如您的财务部门的邮箱，这些地址无需拥有 GitBook 访问权限也能接收发票。

### 为什么我被收取了意外的套餐升级费用？

套餐升级始终需要通过一个模态框进行确认，该模态框会在处理付款前显示套餐详情和定价。某些操作可能会触发这些升级提示：

* 发布已启用 Essential 或 Ultimate 功能的网站
* 添加自定义域名或高级自定义设置

如果您认为您被错误收费， [请联系支持](mailto:support@gitbook.com) 并提供您的收据编号。为避免意外收费，请在确认前查看任何升级提示。

### 我已经支付了年度套餐。为什么我又收到了另一张发票？

GitBook 会在计费周期结束时对这些附加项进行计费，因此使用费用可能会与固定费用一起包含在内。这些附加项在首次使用之前不会显示在您的账单上。

每个附加项都包含每月额度：Advanced AI Assistant 有一定数量的成功回答问题次数，Translations 有一定数量的翻译字数。如果超出额度，GitBook 会继续运行该功能，并在您的下一张发票中收取额外使用费用。
