# 通知

新しいコンテンツ、セクションの更新、表示設定の変更に関する通知を受け取ります

通知では、あなたが所有するセクション、またはあなたがメンバーである組織に属する GitBook 上のアクティビティの更新を受け取れます。

GitBook アプリ内および/またはメールで通知を受け取れます。対応しているのは [いくつかの種類の通知です](#notification-types) これらは通知設定で有効/無効を切り替えられます。

### アプリ内通知

アプリ内通知は、〜の上部で確認できます。 [サイドバー](/docs/documentation/ja-gitbook-documentation/rifarensu/gitbook-ui.md#the-sidebar).

通知ポップアップの右上には2つのアイコンがあります。すべての通知を既読にすることも、通知設定に移動して設定を変更することもできます。

### メール通知

メール通知は既定で有効になっており、通知設定で無効にできます。有効にすると、GitBook は通知の種類ごとに 1 通のメールを送信します。これは、個人の GitBook アカウントに関連付けられたメールアドレス宛てに送信されます。

これらのメールは次の差出人から送信されたように表示されます `no-reply@gitbook.io（sendgrid.net 経由）`

#### 考えられる問題

すべてのメール配信と同様に、メールを受け取れない可能性があります。考えられる理由には、以下が含まれますが、これらに限りません。

* メールがスパムフォルダに入っている、または別の保護機能によりブロックされている。
* GitBook からあなたのメールアドレス宛てに送信されたメールが何度もバウンスしているため、以降の送信はメールサービスによって自動的にブロックされています。
* 一時的な配信障害が発生しており、自然に解消される可能性があります。
* 受け取るはずの通知についての認識違い。
* 通知の送信先メールアドレスについての認識違い。

これらの問題に該当するかもしれないと思う場合は、次のことを試してみてください。

* スパムフォルダやその他の保護機能を確認し、当社のメールアドレス（`no-reply@gitbook.io`）があなた側でブロックされていないことを確認してください。
* メールプロバイダーで一時的な問題が起きていることが分かっている場合は、しばらく待ってください。
