# 支払いと請求書

支払い方法、請求書、返金、アドオン課金の仕組み

### GitBook はどの支払い方法を受け付けていますか？

GitBook は、世界中で最も一般的な支払い方法に対応しています。アップグレード時のチェックアウト手順で、お住まいの地域で利用できる選択肢を確認できます。クレジットカード（Visa、Amex、Mastercard）はすべての地域で利用できます。

請求書による支払いは Enterprise プランで利用できます。その他のプランは、クレジットカードまたはお住まいの地域で利用できるローカライズされた支払い方法でお支払いいただけます。

### 請求書はどこで確認でき、請求先情報はどう更新できますか？

GitBook の請求処理には Stripe を使用しています。請求書を確認するには：

1. 組織に戻る **ホーム** を開いて **設定**.
2. クリック **請求** の下に **組織** グループを開き、次に **請求管理** をクリックして Stripe の請求ポータルを開きます。
3. 未対応 **請求書履歴** をクリックし、任意の支払いの横にある矢印をクリックしてダウンロードします。

請求先情報を更新するには、 **情報を更新** を請求ポータルでクリックします。GitBook へのアクセス権がなくても、請求書を受け取る経理部門などの追加のメールアドレスを追加できます。

### 想定外のプランアップグレードで請求されたのはなぜですか？

プランのアップグレードでは、支払い処理の前に、プランの詳細と料金を表示するモーダルで必ず確認が必要です。次のような操作で、このアップグレード確認が表示されることがあります：

* Essential または Ultimate の機能を有効にしたサイトを公開する
* カスタムドメインや高度なカスタマイズを追加する

もし誤請求だと思われる場合は、 [サポートにお問い合わせください](mailto:support@gitbook.com) 。領収書番号を添えてご連絡ください。想定外の請求を避けるには、確認する前にアップグレードの案内をよく確認してください。

### 年額プランを支払いました。なぜ別の請求書が届いたのですか？

### 追加機能の定額料金が請求書にすぐ表示されないのはなぜですか？

これは、 [旧料金体系](/docs/documentation/ja-gitbook-documentation/akauntoto/plans/legacy-plans.md) の Advanced AI Assistant または Translations アドオンを利用している組織に適用されます。現在のプランでは、AI 機能の代わりに AI クレジットを使用します。

GitBook はこれらのアドオンを請求期間の শেষেに請求するため、使用料は定額料金と一緒に含めることができます。これらのアドオンは、最初に使用されるまで請求書には表示されません。

各アドオンには月ごとの利用枠があります。Advanced AI Assistant では正常に回答された質問数、Translations では翻訳された単語数がそれぞれ設定されています。上限を超えた場合でも GitBook は機能を継続し、追加分の使用料は次回の請求書で請求されます。
